Biography
Winner of the Singapore Young Designer Award in 1997 and 1998, David Lee is the inaugural recipient of the prestigious DesignSingapore scholarship, enabling him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
He then spent two years as art editor at The Future Laboratory, Europe’s leading trend forecasting company, and was also the art editor for Viewpoint Magazine.
Lee went on to graduate top of his class with a Master of Arts (Distinction) in Graphic Design from London College of Communications and has been teaching branding and communications since.
He spends his free time working with artists, theatre practitioners and playwrights to design for theatre, translating words to visuals and creating immersive experiences for the audience.
